メールをみました。しかしながら
CREATE SHIP REQUESTが押せない状態です。
日本に送ることができない。先日相応のやり取りが
続いているようですので、数日後　クレジット
カードのシステムを停止する予定です。心ぐる
しいですがその方向で検討中です。
何卒対応を。。。

I got your email, however, I am in trouble with not being able to choose "CREATE SHIP REQUEST". For this situation, I cannot ship it to Japan.
The system for the credit card will be suspended a few days later because a series of handling has been continued the other day.
I am afraid but I am considering doing so.
