私は先週2回目のワクチン接種したのですが、副反応の高熱が数日間おさまらず、今週前半まで不在にしていました。
ご質問の件ですが、この変動はA費用を年度別に改訂させた為です
A費用はシステム上、本来あるべきところに設定できなかったため、代わりに年度別で調整可能な費目に設定しました。
後ほど明細を送ります。
本日は別件で忙しいため回答が遅れるかもしれませんが、遅くとも明日午前中には返信します。
