備考: 逆洗＝Backwash

容器内部に出す圧力を利用して逆洗を行います。
AUTO VALVEを開放した時の大気開放の圧力差によって内部の流体を引っ張ります。

ギアモーターがぐるぐる回り、ブラシでエレメントの表面を擦りながら逆洗をします。
ブラシで表面を掻き取ることによって逆洗の効率を高めることができます。
左の平面図を見ていただくとわかりますが、エレメント円周のほんの一部を逆洗するので、
濾過を止めること無く逆洗できます。

ブラシがエレメントに対して動き、ノズルから異物を吸い込むという機構になっています。

Backwashing is performed using the pressure applied to the inside of the container.
When the AUTO VALVE is released, the pressure difference in the atmosphere release causes the internal fluid to be pulled.

The gear motor turns round and round, and the brush is used to wash back while rubbing the surface of the element.
You can increase the efficiency of backwashing by scraping off the surface with a brush.
As you can see in the top view on the left, we are backwashing a small part of the circumference of the element.
Can be backwashed without stopping filtration.

The brush moves against the element and sucks foreign matter from the nozzle.
