7日に納期の確認連絡を頂いており返信できておらず申し訳ありません。Aの回答はBさんが担当されていた当時から何度も催促しています。各部署へ依頼すべき時期は過ぎており、回答は遅くとも今週内には頂きたいです。
Dの日程をずらすことは現実的ではないと考えます。私はAの製造はBと同じ5月と認識しています。ここから逆算すると4月に稟議を終える必要があります。Cと同じ時期に準備が必要です。またDの条件を19年時点と仮定して計算した結果を送ります。
