lossが4% から 3%に減っても恐らく大丈夫ですが、
確証は出来ません。

lossが3%で洗浄ができなかった時に、設備は使い物にならないので、
やはり４％、５％、６％と増やせる設備にすべきだと考えます。

「３％しか絶対出来ない」というなら設備が機能しない可能性があるため、
今回は辞退させていただくしかありません。

今回特殊な設計かと思いますが、すでに他社さんとテスト等を行っているのでしょうか。
