A研修は2014年に開始しましたが、2016年に研修内容を見直しし、そのまま現在まで実施しています。リーダシップ１は課長クラス、リーダシップ２は部長クラスが受講しています。
2020年にコンテンツを変更予定でしたが、コストが原因で変更せず、そのまま継続しています。(2021年度は内容見直しの指示が人事部長から出たため新規の開催は中止です)

Training A was started in 2014, but the training content was revised in 2016 and has been implemented as is until now. Leadership 1 is for section chiefs, and Leadership 2 is for general managers.
The content was scheduled to be changed in 2020, but due to cost reasons, it was not changed and has been continued as is. (In 2021, the HR manager instructed us to review the content, so new sessions will not be held.)
