この度はお届けした商品の箱にダメージがあったとのことで、ご迷惑をおかけして大変申し訳ございません。返品につきましては、カスタマーサービスで受付をしています。下記URLよりご連絡をいただけますでしょうか。もう1つ配送時の梱包についておしえていただきたいことがあります。この商品は配送センターより出荷されています。商品は茶色の段ボール箱に入ってとどきましたでしょうか？それともグレー色のビニール袋のようなものに入って届きましたでしょうか？お返事お待ちしています。
