石の品質が良くなかったので、その返品のお願いのメールです。

今日商品を受け取りましたが、
12個中の9個、19.77g(98.85ct)の商品が
fireが弱い、品質が良くないため
返品と返金をお願いします。

もっとpinkfireが強く出るものはないのでしょうか？
全体的に輝きが弱いです。
Tokyo Mineral Showの時は綺麗な石を沢山購入させて頂きましたので、今回はとても残念です。

98.85ctの分の返金をPayPalに送ってください。

Today I received the items.
However, regarding the items that 9pcs out of 12pcs for 19.77g(98.85ct) are imperfected as the fire isn't good enough, therefore I would like to ask you for returning items and a full refund, please.
Haven't you got a more pinkfired one? The strength was overall weak. I am disappointed at this time as I bought a lot of gems of much brilliance at the Tokyo Mineral Show.
Please refund me for the amount of 98.85ct back.
