石の品質が良くなかったので、その返品のお願いのメールです。

今日商品を受け取りましたが、
12個中の9個、19.77g(98.85ct)の商品が
fireが弱い、品質が良くないため
返品と返金をお願いします。

もっとpinkfireが強く出るものはないのでしょうか？
全体的に輝きが弱いです。
Tokyo Mineral Showの時は綺麗な石を沢山購入させて頂きましたので、今回はとても残念です。
