お手数ですが、下記の手順で進めさせてください。

①エンドユーザーからA社へ、スペアパーツの自社調達をしたい旨、申し入れてください。
②A社が①を認め、A社から弊社に「貴社へ見積を出してOK」という連絡をもらえれば、
　貴社へ見積もりの提出を致します。

弊社で勝手にスペアパーツの販売をすることは難しいため、
エンドユーザーからの働きかけが必要になります。

項目13の検討に時間が掛かっており、ご連絡が遅くなり申し訳ございません。
現状回答出来る範囲で回答しております。

As it is hard to sell spare parts without consent, it needs to have end-users support.
