お手数ですが、下記の手順で進めさせてください。
①エンドユーザーからA社へ、スペアパーツの自社調達をしたい旨、申し入れてください。
②A社が①を認め、A社から弊社に「貴社へ見積を出してOK」という連絡をもらえれば、
貴社へ見積もりの提出を致します。
弊社で勝手にスペアパーツの販売をすることは難しいため、
エンドユーザーからの働きかけが必要になります。
項目13の検討に時間が掛かっており、ご連絡が遅くなり申し訳ございません。
現状回答出来る範囲で回答しております。

(1) Please ask end user to tell A that they prepare the spare parts by themselves.
(2) If A admits (1) and A let us know that we offer a quote to you, then we will submit a quote to you.
As it is difficult we sell the spare parts by our own, end user's help is necessary.
It is taking time for us to review the item 13 and we are sorry for our late message.
Currently we are answering as much as we can now.
