荷物を受けとった後の補償申請が受理されることが難しいとのこと理解しました。そのためオープンケースはしません。

今回のダメージは、同梱処理の際の、御社の荷物の配置に問題があったと思います。
荷物の取り扱いには改善すべき点があるように思います。

お願いなのですが、今回と同じようなフィギュアを
発送する際は絶対に箱から出してバラさないでください。
発送指示を行う前にこちらからもメールをさせて頂きます。

今後同梱依頼をする際
指定したダンボールを開けないように依頼することは可能でしょうか？？
