私はFedEx Tracking# ○○について質問があります。添付画像をご確認いただけますでしょうか。この荷物は15箱で出荷されたと連絡いただいています。そのうち14箱は日本に到着しています。しかし1箱（mps# ▲▲）はまだ到着していません。私は日本のFedExに確認をしました。そうしましたら、この1箱（mps# ▲▲）は米国FedExで荷受けしていないと回答がありました。1箱が出荷されず、倉庫に残ってしまっていないでしょうか？以前にも同じようなことがありました。

I have a question regarding FedEx Tracking # ○○. Can you check the attached photo? I was informed that this package was shipped having 15 boxes. 14 of them have arrived in Japan. However, one box (mps # ▲▲) has not arrived yet. I checked with FedEx in Japan. They replied that this one box (mps # ▲▲) was not received by FedEx in the United States. Is this one box not shipped and left in the warehouse? I have experienced the same incidents before also.
