組織体制、財務内容、定款などのデューデリジェンスを実施したうえで契約を行なっています。固有のリスクについても、デューデリジェンスの結果に基づき、会社の規定に照らし合わせた評価を実施し、管理を行なっています。
契約している全ての会社の必要な情報を記載したリストを管理しています。

年に1回程度行なっており、重大な過失があれば、都度、ヒアリングを行ない、対応策を提出させています。

We have established a workflow, monitoring system, measures to prevent recurrence of accidents, and infrastructure to prevent printing and delivery accidents.

We conduct due diligence on organizational structure, financial content, and articles of incorporation before signing contracts. Inherent risks are also assessed and managed based on the results of due diligence and in light of company regulations.
We maintain a list of all companies with which we have contracts that contains necessary information.

This is done about once a year, and if there is a serious error or omission, we conduct a hearing each time and have the company submit a countermeasure.
