1. リチウムイオン電池の電極端子にニッケルタブを溶接し、その上からカプトン(Kapton)テープを二重に貼り付けている。
2. 円筒状リチウムイオン電池の外装(側面)をカプトンテープで保護し、さらにその上から熱伝導性絶縁パッド(CHO-THERM1)を巻きつけることで、二重絶縁を実現している。
3. リチウムイオン電池セルの両端をPEEK材のキャップで固定し、同時に端子部を保護した。なお、電池セルの端子において露出している部分はカプトンを二重に貼り付け、二重絶縁を実現している。
