備考: サポート窓口に送るメールです。日本語だと文頭に「お世話になっております」のような挨拶を入れますが，英語でもそのような挨拶が必要なら，その定型文をお願いします。

以下のURLを参考にWindowsのログアーカイブを行っているのですが，実際にアーカイブされる
ログデータのタイムスタンプが日本時間より9時間ずれてしまっています。
例えば現在画面上で10月16日 0:00:00と見えているデータが，アーカイブされたログでは10月15日 15:00:00になっています。
アーカイブされたデータのタイムスタンプを日本時間に直すにはどのように設定すれば良いでしょうか？
また，アーカイブされたログが複数のgzipファイルに分かれている理由を教えて下さい。

We are currently a log archiving with referring to the URL for the following, but the archived-time stamp on the log data is shifted 9 hours from Japan standard time.
For instance, on the image of the current indication, it says “0:00:00” on the 16th of October, but archived log says “15:00:00” on the 15th of October.
How can we set the archived-time to the exact timestamp of Japan time?
Also, could you tell me the reason why archived log to be separated into plural number of gzip files?
