私はHandling feeについて質問があります。インボイスにはHandling feeが$159.39と記載されています。クレジットカードで支払った場合は4％の手数料がかかると思います。4％の手数料ですと$141.69ではありませんか？

発送先の宛名についてお願いがあります。宛名は会社名○○ではなく、私の個人名△△でお願いしたいです。フロリダへ発送していただく際には送り状へは下記のように記載をお願いします。
