昨日荷物が届きましたが、商品に問題がありました。
箱がない未使用品だと思い購入しましたが、泥がついたままの中古品で、
写真の商品とは全く違います。私はとても落胆しています。

私は今回の取引で＄135を支払っていますが、その一部の＄90を返金して欲しいです。
もし、私が納得できる対応が得られない場合は、eBayとPaypalに問題を申し立てるつもりです。

どうぞ早急に対応をお願いいたします。

I received a package but it had some problem.
I had decided to buy it because it was a brand new with no box, but the one I received was a used one and totally different from the one shown in photo.
I am very disappointed.

I have already paid you ＄135 for my order, so could you return ＄90 to compensate for this problem?
If you can not agree on this, I am going to file a complaint with eBay and Paypal.
