同じ内容で担当の▲▲に連絡をしましたが、念のためこちらにもメッセージを送っています。
○○の出荷数量について質問です。この荷物は29箱出荷となっています。現在日本に28箱到着していますが1箱不足しています。この件でFedExから連絡がありました。29箱出荷となっているが最初からFedExは28箱しか受領していないとのことです。29箱出荷というのは誤りで、28箱出荷が正しいでしょうか？至急ご回答をお願いします。

I contacted xx in charge of xx by the same details, but I sent the message to this place for reference.

I have a question about volume of the shipment of xx. 29 boxes are going to be shipped for this shipment. 28 boxes have arrived in Japan now, and we are missing 1 box. It says 29 boxes, but Fedex said that they received only 28 boxes. Is 29 wrong and 28 correct? Please reply me immediately.
