私は現在はCOVID-19のことをそれほど怖れていないので、トルコへ渡航したいのですが日本政府から現在欧州への出国中止を要請されているため延期とさせて頂きました。

I want to go to Turkey because I'm not so much afraid of COVID-19 now, but I put off going there because of the request to stop of departure to Europe by Japanese government.
