備考: ebayで商品を販売しましたが、バイヤーのクレームに対してebayに送る文章です。

今までも何度か詐欺のバイヤーに出会って来ましたが、このバイヤーは私から新品の商品を購入しています。
私自身でしっかり商品の検品もしていますので、不具合はありません。　ただ万が一という事もありますので、私に商品を新品のままで送って下さいと伝えていますが、返信がありません。私の方で商品を確認してから返金致しますので、バイヤーにその事を伝えて頂けますか。私の予想では商品が届いた後に間違えたなどの可能性があります。

As I have been experiencing a fraud buyer sometimes but the buyer made orders for new items from me.
There are no defects about the items as I have been carefully inspecting items by myself.
However, just in case, as I said the items should be sent as it is new. But there are no replies yet.
I will refund after confirming the items, please tell the buyer about it?
Perhaps, there might be mistakes right after the items have arrived.
