Aの納期短縮ですが、正直短縮が厳しいのが現状です。

出来る出来ないは別として、土日出勤をすれば9月中に何本か用意することが
可能かもしれません。（弊社社内調整が必要です。）

1.必要な最低数量を確認して下さい
2.その数量から土日出勤するか等も含め工程を検討します
3.土日出勤になるため、その特別対応費用は請求します
　追ってお見積をお出しします

これはあくまで私の案で、社内での了解はまだ取れておりません。
最悪、社内で却下される可能性があることはご理解をお願い致します。

As for shortening of A's supply, it is really hard to ship close future.

It is no matter of can or cannot, but if shipped on Saturday, it is possible to be ready for a few pieces during September. (It needs to adjust within the office.)

1. Please check the minimum of necessary amount.
2. We will consider to work on Saturday and Sunday depending on the amount.
3. As we will work on Saturday and Sunday, we ask you the special payment.
We will send you its estimate.

This is only my plan, there is no approval in the office.
At worst, please understand as there will be possibility of being not accepted in the office.
