i have followed your instructions and called canada post. there have zero record of anything with the tracking number you gave me. if you had done the right thing and used fedex or ups , a courier who sees things from end to end, then we wouldn’t be in this situation. at this point, the item is lost and i would like a full refund please.

指示に従いカナダの郵便局に談話しました。いただいた追跡番号での記録がどこにもありm差延でした。もしきちんとFedExもしくはUPSの宅配を使っていたならばきちんと把握され、このような状況にはなっていなかったと思います。商品は紛失されましたので全額返金をお願いいたします。
