詳しい人に見てもらったので
間違いありません。

一緒に入っていたレポートカードも偽物です。
(インドの実在しない鑑別機関です。)
海外の鑑別書付きの宝石が日本で多く出回っています。
悪徳業者が次々に適当な鑑別書を発行しています。

全額返金してください。
返金してくれないならPayPalにクレームを出します。

偽物のgemは返品したほうがいいなら
返品しますが
価値が無いので処分したいです。

I had it inspected by an expert, so that's for sure.
