備考: XXXは時計メーカーで、YYYとZZZを商品の型番です。

アメリカのXXX社に問い合わせたら、弊社の所在地が日本なので、日本のXXX社でしか対応できないと言われました。
よって、日本のXXX社にて商品の検査をしました。
その結果、貴社の商品は正規のパーツを使っていないので、XXX社の製品と認められない、という検査結果が出ました。
対象の商品はYYYとZZZです。

XXX社から届いた書類を添付します。
商品が正規品ということを証明できれば取り扱い量を10倍以上に増やせますが、弊社は未だに証明できていません。
証明する方法はありますか？

As I inquired XXX in America, I was advised that only XXX Japan can handle it because your office location is in Japan. So a product inspection was performed at XXX Japan.
As a result of the inspection, your products were not certificed as XXX product because authentic parts are not used for them.
The affected products are YYY and ZZZ.

Please find the attached documet received from XXX.
The business transaction volume can be increased by more than 10 times if the product authentification can be proved, but we have not been able to do so as of yet.
