お返事が遅くなり、心配掛けてごめんなさい。
実は先月20日に父に家を追い出され、ビジネスホテルに泊まったりしていましたが、今月、母と二人で引っ越しました。引っ越し先で前のメールアドレスを引き継ぎたかったので、インターネットの開通に時間がかかってしまいましたが、今日無事に開通しました。
父がインコを殺してやると怒鳴っていたので、インコを守るために大変苦労しました。
今の日本では、ペットがいるとDV支援が全く適用されません。逃げるには自力で何とかするしかありません。

Apologies for my belated reply and causing trouble.
In fact, my father kicked me out of the house on May 20th. I was staying around at places like a business hotel, etc., but this month my mother and I have moved out. I wanted to carry over the previous email address at my new location so it took a while for me to run the internet but it has finally been opened today.

My father was yelling to kill the true parrot so it took much effort to protect it from him.
No DV support is provided if a household has a pet in Japan. You have to find your own way to run away from it.
