値札の加工もせず、発注のバランスもありません。彼は、以前　弊社から発注していましたが、他社からのオファーは事前に発注すると値引きがあり、納期も安定しているそうです。

Ordering many items at 100JPY were making us succeed in increasing number of orders which we really wanted to obtain for.
If we still can get what we really need we will accept new condition but otherwise, we will look for other wholesaler for ordering. Because they are offering us cheaper price.
Also they don't manipulate their price tag also not balancing the order.
As he used to order from us before but other offers made in advance are giving them at discount and the delivery of order seems to be quite stable.
