私は下記URLの商品を3個注文しました。支払い方法はペイパルです。購入時に自分のアカウントも一緒に作成しました。購入後、ペイパルから支払い完了のメールを受け取りました。しかし貴サイトからのメールは届いていません。注文履歴を確認するために自分のアカウントにログインしようとしまいたが、メールアドレスとパスワードを入力してログインをしようとしてもサイトのトップページに戻ってしまいログインすることができません。これは正常に注文できていますか？なぜログインができないのですか？

I ordered three pieces of the items from the URL below. The payment method is on PayPal. I created my account when I bought them and I received the email telling me the payment has been done by PayPal. However, I have not received the email from your website yet. So I tried to log in my account to check my order history entering my email address and password in order to log in but I can’t log in as it returns back to the top page of the website. Has my order been made correctly? Why am I not able to log in?
