私は下記URLの商品を3個注文しました。支払い方法はペイパルです。購入時に自分のアカウントも一緒に作成しました。購入後、ペイパルから支払い完了のメールを受け取りました。しかし貴サイトからのメールは届いていません。注文履歴を確認するために自分のアカウントにログインしようとしまいたが、メールアドレスとパスワードを入力してログインをしようとしてもサイトのトップページに戻ってしまいログインすることができません。これは正常に注文できていますか？なぜログインができないのですか？

I have ordered 3pcs of the item in the URL for following. I chose the method of payment for PayPal. When making a purchase, I created my account at that time.
After the payment, I have received the completion of the payment from PayPal.it
However, I still don't receive a confirmation email from your website yet.
I have tried to check the history of order by logging in my account but I cannot make it because I am experiencing it is returned to the top page of the site even I try to log in using my email address and the password.
Was my order completed ?
How come cannot I log in?
