②：①が不可の場合、UFjの台湾支店でBondの発行を行うことはOKでしょうか？
③：①②が不可の場合、貴社の取引銀行名・支店名を教えてください。

既にUFjの台湾支店でBondのレビューを進めているため、①を認めていただきたく存じます。

貴社取引銀行が日本のUFJと提携していない場合、他の銀行を探す手間、
更にBondのレビューをまた一から始めなければならず、
