Hi i know that the claim was processed by fedex over a week ago i will check and see whats going on .? They told me that they were going to contact you and pickup the preamp or at least look at it.. as soon as they let me know that they don't need to inspect it i will refund you the money through paypal. i assume that they send me a check..? not sure how it works exactlty, thanks for being so patient and keeping in touch with me through out this nightmare.

こんにちは。一週間前にフェデックスで確認したことなのですが、どうなってるのかまた確認してみましょうか。フェデックス側はあなたと連絡を取ってみて、プリアンプを受け取るもしくは見るだけでも見てみるつもりだと言っていました。もし見てみる必要がないのであればすぐに自分に知らせがくるはずで、私もペイパルを通してあなたに払い戻しをするつもりです。フェデックス側は小切手で支払ってくれるのでしょうか？どうなるのかよくわからないのですが、待っていただいてそれにこんな最悪な中連絡をとっていただいてありがとうございます。
