商品を購入したのはあなたのストアのみですが、
発送日について公式ストア側に確認したところ、3日以内(5/8)には発送できるとの連絡がありました。

ウイルスの影響で物流も遅くなっていることを重々承知していますが、最初に回答いただいた発送予定日の5日は過ぎております。
明日または明後日中に発送できないでしょうか？

先日もお伝えしておりますが、あまり遅くなるようであればキャンセルも視野に入れています。
