私はこの口座で販売を再開したくご連絡致しました。以前店主の病気入院や台風被害の影響等で発送、連絡に遅れが生じてしまい停止措置がとられたのは理解しています。これを解除して頂くにはどのような対策を行えばよいでしょうか。過去請求のあった買い手へは全て商品の発送または全額返金で対応済です。一部は期間経過の為に表示されなくなっていますが完全に実施しました。過去安定した店舗運営でお客様からのリクエストも多数頂き好評を得ていました。新たな店舗運営体制を整備し同様の問題再発はないと確信します
I am reching out to you to resume the sales with this account. I am aware that the account was suspended for the shipping and contact delay due to the previous owner's medical problem, impact of the typhoon, etc. I would like to know what measure would take to get it released. I have already shipped the entire merchandises or issued the full refund for all the buyers. Although some of the past history has not shown after having passed a certain time, but they were all taken care of. The shop used to have a healthy operation with lots of favorable comments and requests from the customers in the past. I am certain that all such concerns will not occur after a new store operational structure is refined.
