購入後に調べたのですが、最近SNS上であなたのショップの荷物の発送が遅い、されないと言った投稿や、荷物の追跡番号が偽物と言った投稿が見受けられます。

先日購入後5日程で発送と伺っておりますが、大幅に時間がかかる場合は連絡いただけないでしょうか。
場合によって別のショップで買い直しさせて頂きます。

ただ、商品が到着しましたらブログやSNS、掲示板にレビューを投稿しますのでお互いにプラスになるかとは思います。

このご時世ウイルスで大変かとは思いますが、迅速な発送をお願い致します。

I looked into it after I made my purchase, and recently I've seen posts on social networking sites saying that your shop's shipments are slow or unreachable, and that the tracking numbers on the shipments are fake.

I was told the other day that it would be shipped in 5 days after purchase, but could you please let me know if it takes much longer?
In some cases, we may have to repurchase it from another shop.
