購入後に調べたのですが、最近SNS上であなたのショップの荷物の発送が遅い、されないと言った投稿や、荷物の追跡番号が偽物と言った投稿が見受けられます。

先日購入後5日程で発送と伺っておりますが、大幅に時間がかかる場合は連絡いただけないでしょうか。
場合によって別のショップで買い直しさせて頂きます。

ただ、商品が到着しましたらブログやSNS、掲示板にレビューを投稿しますのでお互いにプラスになるかとは思います。

このご時世ウイルスで大変かとは思いますが、迅速な発送をお願い致します。

As I checked after purchase,
I can see many posted article on SNS that your shop shipment is slow or not ship
and tracking number of package is not correct.

I already heard that after 5 days from purchase will be shipped,
but could you give me contact if it will take much time more than it.
In some case, I would like to purchase again in another shop.

But after product is delivered, I will post review on blog or SNS or bulletin board and
it will make contribution for us.

I think it might be hard about corona virus but I want you to ask quick shipment.
