新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大により、日米間の航空機の便数が大幅に減便となったことで、日本の郵便局は現在、アメリカへの航空便による郵送を一時的に中断しております。

当店では引き続き、郵便局以外の配送方法を提供できるように手配を進めておりますが、現在のところ、お客様の商品に関しましては別会社による配送が手配できませんでした。

引き続き、船便による発送は可能ではございますが、船便の場合は、通常でも1～2カ月と非常に時間がかかります。

Although our store is undertaking procedures so as to enable packages be shipped by methods other than the Post Office, we are afraid to inform you that your package cannot be delivered by another company.

As a follow-up, shipping through ships is a viable option, but ships will usually take 1-2 months to ship packages. This is a long time.
