3/24日にロシアから発送して頂いた荷物が、税関申告書類の不備でロシアから配送できずに止まっています。
EMS追跡サイトで検索したところ、カスタマーと連絡が取れないとアラート表示がでています。
まだ荷物がロシアにあるので、御社から問合せて下さい。
メールに画像を添付していますので確認してください。
御社の商品は人気があるので、1日も早く日本に届くことを希望します。

Thanks for your shipping items promptly.
The item shipped from Russia on 24th of March is now stopped due to the mistake in customs document, which resulted unable to be shipping at the moment.
When investigating the matter on the EMS tracking service .there is an alert which it cannot make a contact to customer.
The package is still in Russia so that please make a contact.
