A社はとても仕組みが整っています。問い合わせを対応するだけで2019年の目標を達成しました。

私は元々セールスして入社しましたが、こうした仕組みに対応しているとセールスとしての力が衰えるのではと危惧しています。

また、昨年の9月あたりに2019年の目標を達成したので、私のマネージャーは私にこれ以上販売しないように求めてきました。

私が販売しているのは研修イベントです。研修イベントは物理的な会場のキャパシティーに制限されますので、数値目標以上のキャパシティーを用意していなかったのです

A company has good system. As they just handle with the inquiry, they achieved the goal of 2019.
I joined the company as the sales person originally. I am afraid that my ability as the sales will go down as I have been accustomed with these systems.
Then, I achieved the goal of 2019 last September, so my manager asked me not to sell anymore.
What I sell is the training event. It is physically limited with the capacity of the venue, so we have not prepared the capacity more than target figure.
