A社はとても仕組みが整っています。問い合わせを対応するだけで2019年の目標を達成しました。

私は元々セールスして入社しましたが、こうした仕組みに対応しているとセールスとしての力が衰えるのではと危惧しています。

また、昨年の9月あたりに2019年の目標を達成したので、私のマネージャーは私にこれ以上販売しないように求めてきました。

私が販売しているのは研修イベントです。研修イベントは物理的な会場のキャパシティーに制限されますので、数値目標以上のキャパシティーを用意していなかったのです
