Sorry due to our mistake, shipment was delayed from the scheduled time. We deeply apoligize for that. The item has already been shipped out. Also, it was sent by ePacket which arrives earlier than regular mail (SAL). It should be reaching you in a while. Normally ePacket takes 6 days to Chicago and Los Angeles. After you receive it, please let us know in case you are unsatisfied with it. We will consider partial refund for the amount of the item etc.
