こちらの手違いで発送が予定より遅くなりました。大変申し訳ありません。商品は既に発送済みです。また、通常郵便（SAL便）ではなく、通常〒よりも早く到着するePacketで発送しています。もうしばらくするとお手元に届くと思います。ePacketでしたらシカゴ、ロサンゼルスへは通常6日で届きます。到着後、ご不満がございましたら、ご連絡ください。商品代金の一部返金など、対応を検討させていただきます。

Please note that we shipped via ePacket, which will more speedy than the normal package through the Post Office, not by SAL. We expect that you will soon receive the package. Through ePacket, a package will arrive to Chicago or Los Angels normally in 6 days. If you have any complaint when you receive the package, please let us know, then we will consider partial refund or other remedy.
