The client has a Japanese edition of the 913Head but that one seems to have no problem. Also, it seems the client is used to attaching the parts together. Since I could not identify the exact reason, I accepted him to return the product. After I receive the item, I will examine the problem. I would request to return the item to you if the problem continues. Is it the warranty that is provided by you?
When will we receive the 15 sets of S200 3-PW and the 20 pieces of S200 Wedge which I ordered on January 8th? As my stock is getting lower, I would appreciate if you could expedite the process.
