荷物の到着が遅れご期待に添えず申し訳ございません。現在税関にて検査中とのことですが最寄りの郵便局まで到着している場合もよくあります。一度最寄りの配達を行っているUSPSに確認してもらえないでしょうか？まだ税関にある場合は問い合わせ中に検査が終了し運搬が再開される場合もあります。（ロサンゼルス空港の税関はかなり遅いです。）お手数ですがご確認よろしくお願いします。こちらも日本の郵便局へ調査依頼を行います。荷物の未着・紛失の場合は責任を持ってご返金致しますのでご安心ください。

Sorry that the delivery of the parcel is late and we couldn't meet your expectation. It says the parcel is currently under customs inspection, but in many cases parcel is already in the nearest post office. Will you please contact your nearest USPS which is in charge of delivery in your area? If it's still at the customs, inspection may fnish and transportation may resume while you make inquiry to them (Customs at Los Angeles airport is very slow). Sory to take your time, but please kindly check with them. We will also request search at Japan Post. In casae the parcel is undelivered or lost, we will make refund so please do not worry.
