１．保管施設
お客様からお預かりした荷物は、防塵塗装を施すなどした良い環境のもとで保管いたします。書類については、専用保管棚を利用した保管を実施し、お客様の大切な書類をしっかりとお預かりしております。
２．取扱方法
現在お客様が管理されている管理番号等を、そのまま使用して保管／管理いたします。保存箱も現在使用されている状態でお預かりいたします。
書類を廃棄する際には、ダンボール箱のまま焼却処理いたしますので、お客様の機密事項が外部に漏洩する心配はございません。

Goods that we keep for our clients will be kept in a good condition where dust prevention paint is applied. Your important documents will be also kept safely in a special shelf for the purpose.
