You ordered 2 units of A the other day, but actually your request was 1 unit of B and 1 unit of C.
In case of return items due to wrong order made by our customers, we charge return shipping fee and resotck fee. We deduct these fees from the paid amount and refund the rest.
At the moment we are checking the amount, please wait a little till we ca notify you.
-Did you already unpack and assemble them?
Or are the item kept as it arrived?
