I wanted to develop my capability through accumulating knowledge and experience at company like yours, where there are advanced financial techniques, industry knowledge, and know-how. While there are some divisions, I applied for the financial market division because I would be able to see the outcome of my work quickly and quantitatively. In addition, those financial products do not have value in themselves and as you offer the products to clients, it requires additional information and trust based relationship with them, which I consider as individual value adds.
