さて、貴校の生徒、a,b,cの3名がファイナリストに選ばれました。
おめでとうございます。ご本人たちにはSさんから連絡済みです。
つきましては、応募用紙だけ書いて、デザイン画の提出がなかった方たちの
応募用紙を受け取りたいです。16名ほどいらっしゃったと思います。
11月2日の朝9時に訪問したいですが、先生はご都合いかがですか?

Hello, I am a member of organizer of the design contest in Japan.
I hope you remember that we met each other in August.
Congratulations. Three students, a, b, c, of your school have been selected as a finalist. We have already let them know about this matter.
Now, we like to have application forms of the applicants who only submitted the application form and did not send their design drawing. I think there are 16 applicants or so.
I would like to visit you at nine in the morning on November 2.
Would that be all right with you?
