Amazonマーケットプレイスで販売した際、購入者への評価依頼を自動で送るシステム
Amazon.co.jp での商品購入者のデータをAPI経由で自動取得し、
その後、購入者に対して自動で評価依頼のメッセージを送る。
送信するメッセージは固定 もしくは 変更可能 どちらもでOKです。
（変数等が使えるなどカスタマイズできるとなお良いです）
システム利用にあたりBASIC認証機能を付けていただきたいです。
ソース開示していただけることが前提です
想定している開発言語も合わせてお教えください。

A system which automatically send a request for purchaser's evaluation when goods are sold on Amazon market place.
Send automated message to request purchaser's evaluation after purchaser's data was collected on Amazon.co.jp through API.
Messages to be sent can be in either fixed or customized format.
(As there are many functions such as the use of variance, customized function will be more convenient)
I wish it can offer BASIC recognition function when using the system.
