I'm living in Japan, and therefore don't have any way to pay besides Paypal.
However, no matter what the circumstances are, I really don't feel like paying the Paypal handling charges. Meaning that there isn't any option but canceling the transaction.
I should have asked you about the shipping and payment before ordering. Please cancel the order on ebay.

I have no other way to make a payment other than PayPal since I live in Japan.
However, I have no intention that I pay any PayPal fees in any situation.
That means the cancellation is the only way to solve this problem.
I should have asked you about not only shipping fee but also payment. Please pursue the cancellation process on eBay.
