【明星和楽2012】2日で参加者3000人超え！アジアのテクノロジーとクリエイティブの祭典 –フォトレポート2日目
9月8日、9日にテックとクリエイティブの祭典「明星和楽」が開催された。イベント当日は福岡市長による講演や孫泰蔵氏による講演、著名人やVCなどによるパネルトーク、そしてスタートアップ・サービス10社によるショーケースピッチがおこなわれ、二日間で3000人以上もの来場者をむかえた。
ここでは、明星和楽2012二日目の様子をフォトレポートでお伝えする。
"Myojo Waraku 2012" - Over 3,000 attendants in 2 days! It's the festival of Asian technology and creativeness : Photo Report Day 2
"Myojo Waraku", a festival of tech and creativeness, was held on the 8th and 9th of September. On the day of the event, the Mayor of Fukuoka Prefecture and Mr. Taizo Son gave talks, some prominent figures and venture capitalists gave talks too, showcase speeches were given by 10 start-up services, and the event welcomed some 3,000 attendants within 2 days.
Here, we are giving a report on the day 2 of this event, Myojo Waraku 2012.

明星和楽二日目は、最初はスタートアップ10社による英語プレゼンだ。東京、福岡、シンガポール、香港など、アジアの主要都市から選出されたスタートアップがピッチをおこなった。
アジアから集まったプレゼンからは、今後福岡などが拠点となり、スタートアップが盛り上がってくる予感を感じさせるプレゼンとなった。プレゼンの詳細は、前半と後半にわけて記事を書いている。
Myojo Waraku Day 2 began with English presentations by 10 start-up services. Some selected start-up services from major cities such as Tokyo, Fukuoka, Singapore and Hong Kong gave their pitches.
These presentations given by selected countries from all over Asia made us feel like start-up business will bloom making cities such as Fukuoka as a base. Details of the presentations are split into 2 articles - first half and second half.
アントレプレナートークでは、Nomad の小笠原治氏、ゼロベースの石橋秀仁氏、モバツイ創業者の藤川真一氏、スカイアークシステムの小林晋也氏が登壇し、モデレーターとしてヌーラボの橋本正徳氏がおこなった。
テーマは起業。起業ありきではなく、なぜ起業したいのか、起業という選択肢をきちんと客観視し、企業内でイントラプレナーでおこなうほうがサービスとして意味があることもある、起業家として必要な意識とは、ということについてトークがおこなわれた。
As for Entrepreneur Talk, Mr.Osamu Ogasahara from Nomad, Mr.Hideto Ishibashi from Zerobase, Mr.Shinichi Fujikawa, the founder of MovaTwitter service, Mr.Shinya Kobayashi from Skyarc System came onto the platform and Mr.Masanori Hashimoto took charge of a moderator.
The theme of the talk was Entrepreneurship. It is important to make clear, 'Why do you want to start a new enterprise?' having a objective point of view to take an option of entrepreneuship, not just take it as a major premise. In some cases, making activities of intrapreneuring within a firm would be more meaningful as a service. The talk focused on what is an awareness required to be an entrepreneur
今年の明星和楽2012の目玉でもあるクリエイティブトークではチームラボの猪子寿之氏、party campanyの家入一真氏、ソーシャルゲーム開発gumiの國光宏尚氏、そして、急きょ参加が決定したpixivの片桐孝憲氏が登壇した。
The following individuals came onto the platform at the Creative Talk, which was the centerpiece of this year's Myojowaraku 2012: Mr. Toshiyuki Inoko from the Team Laboratory, Mr. Kazuma Ieiri from the Party Company, Mr. Hirotaka Kunimitsu from the social game development group Gumi, as well as Mr. Takanori Katagiri from Pixiv, whose participation was decided on very short notice.
つくることの意味や、創業時の苦労話などが暴露されたりと、様々なテーマのトピックが飛び交いながらも、登壇者それぞれから、これからのクリエイティブについて語られた。音楽、ゲーム、アートなどを含めて、サービスの意義や社会におけるあり方など、新しいものをつくりたいと考えている人にとって笑いと感心が沸き起こったトークだった。
Various topics were discussed, including the purpose of creation and talks about difficulties at the time of founding. Each speaker at the stage discussed the future of the creative sector. The topics included the purpose of service and the mission in the society, including the fields of music, game and art. The discussion was filled with laughter and impression, which was also meaningful for people who are eager to create something new.
クリエイティブトークの次は、クリエイティブオークションがおこなわれた。初日から二日目にかけてライブで書き始めたアーティストの作品を、この場で発表し、参加者からオークション形式で購入してもらう場だ。書いたアーティスト本人から購入者に直接作品が手渡され、アーティストと参加者との交流がおこなわれた。
Next to the discussion about the creative sector, creative auction was held. This is a place where artists introduced works, which they started writing from the first day and the second day of the live, and participants purchased these works by way of auction. The very artists who wrote the works directly gave out the works to the participants who purchased them. The lively exchange between the artists and the participants was conducted.
クリエイティブトークの横では、初音ミクにコスプレをした人たちによるアニソンDJブースもつくられ、トークの横で大きなアニソンが流れるといった新しい組み合わせのイベントなのも、明星和楽の特徴だ。
At the side of the discussion about the creative sector, a DJ booth for anime songs was run by people who dressed like Hatsune Miku. This was a new combination, where the anime songs were played loudly next to the discussion, which is one of the features of Myojo Waraku.
ワークショップスペースでは、指定の環境を使い、OSやサーバ周りのチューニングでパフォーマンスを競うチューニンガソンや、ゲーム制作などに関わる３Dコンテンツ制作のためのUnity3D
ワークショップがおこなわれ、集中して作業をしながら自分の技術を磨いたりしているブースも用意されており、トークやパフォーマンスとはまた違った参加者の熱で盛り上がりを見せていた。
二日間で、のべ3000人以上を超える参加者が来場し、ITだけにかぎらず、テクノロジーやクリエイティブの新しい刺激と交流が生まれた二日間となった。来年、そして福岡以外でも明星和楽が開催される予定。今後、明星和楽から新しいスターやアーティスト、クリエイターが出てくることが楽しみだ。
During these 2 days, more than 3000 people have attented the exhibition. Thus, a event was born dedicated not only to IT, but incorporating technology and many new creative stimuli. Next year, we intend to exhibit "Myojo Music" not just in Fukuoka, but on a larger scale and look forward to discovering many a new talented star, artist or creative mind from "Myojo Music".
